Production and Quality Inspection

Once the glass reactor system customization is finalized, we proceed to the production and quality inspection phase. This step ensures that every unit meets industry standards, performance expectations, and customer-specific requirements before delivery. Our production process follows strict manufacturing protocols, incorporating advanced technology and rigorous quality control measures.

1. Raw Material Procurement and Inspection

To guarantee product quality and durability, we source high-grade materials such as borosilicate glass, stainless steel (SS304/SS316), PTFE sealing components, and explosion-proof accessories. Before entering production, all raw materials undergo strict quality verification to ensure compliance with CE, ISO, and GMP standards.

2. Precision Manufacturing and Assembly

Our manufacturing facility utilizes CNC machining, automated glass blowing, and high-precision welding to ensure product consistency and structural integrity. Key steps include:

  • Glass reactor production: Borosilicate glass is heated and shaped under controlled conditions to prevent stress fractures.

  • Frame and support assembly: High-strength stainless steel frames are fabricated and polished to enhance durability.

  • Sealing and connection systems: PTFE seals and vacuum-tight joints are carefully installed to prevent leaks.

  • Automation integration: If required, PLC control systems, sensors, and safety valves are incorporated for enhanced process control.

3. In-Process Quality Inspection

During manufacturing, each unit undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure structural integrity, functionality, and safety. Inspection points include:

  • Vacuum leak testing to ensure airtight performance.

  • Pressure and temperature resistance tests to verify operational safety.

  • Mechanical stability evaluation to prevent vibrations or instability during operation.

  • Electrical component testing for automated systems, ensuring proper sensor and controller functionality.

4. Final Quality Control and Certification

Before packaging and shipment, all glass reactor systems, rotary evaporators, and laboratory reaction equipment undergo a final quality inspection. Our QC team conducts:

  • Comprehensive performance testing to confirm heating, cooling, and mixing efficiency.

  • Safety compliance verification to meet CE, ISO, and GMP standards.

  • Full documentation review, including user manuals, operation guides, and compliance certificates.

5. Packaging and Logistics

To ensure safe delivery, products are carefully packaged with protective foam, shockproof crates, and reinforced materials to prevent damage during transit. For international shipments, we follow export packaging standards and provide necessary documentation, including customs clearance and safety certifications.

By implementing a strict production and quality inspection process, we ensure that our laboratory glass reactor systems, rotary evaporators, and process equipment deliver high performance, durability, and safety, meeting the precise needs of our customers across various industries.
